If you look to the uniform - yes, orange man. But in Denmark this people are called "den blå mand" which literally means "The blue man" There is a really nice danish comedy movie with the same name - I recommend watching it :) http://bit.ly/19S1Qn
Well, technically, they are replaced in Copenhagen too. They don't go around the streets to clean. But there are special places where they still have some work to do...

We used to have these in the Midwest. They were done away with;too expensive and were replaced by a machine.
Well, technically, they are replaced in Copenhagen too.
