Oh my. I never stopped to think what it must be like to live on a top florr and have to move things up or down. I see this ladder idea is a solution, especially if it is motorized.
Moving out can be real pain, especially after you've bought bunch of stuff within years - most of which you don't really use ;)
As far as I know, guys with elevator truck charge about 1500 dkk per hour. And believe me, once you've moved all your furniture down and up from 5th floor - next time I am sure you'll call this guys ;)
